It seems Roland updated the documentation at 
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Overpass_API/Installation
Thanks for that. However the directory

http://dev.overpass-api.de/api_drolbr/

is not publicly available so I suppose it should be changed to the above 
one in the documentation?
