Thank you Roland for integrating the fixes into the official release!

It would be great, if Malcolm could test this version and validate, if
my proposed change for local.sun_len was indeed needed to get things
working.

In the release version, sun_len is again set as follows:

   local.sun_len = socket_name.size() + 1;

(see [1] for current source location)
