It would be good if Michael could put the exact steps somewhere on a Wiki page. This should include the exact file source names/locations for OSM files, tools and versions used, command line options, queries executed, etc. Just about _every_ detail to make this reproducible without going through all emails on this list or leaving us to wild guessing what a particular step might look like.
