overpass - [overpass] std::bad_alloc runtime error

The overpass query below covers the Province of Quebec, which is a large region.

It did work before many times withou any problem. But I presently have runtime error running it.

runtime error: Query failed with the exception: std::bad_alloc

Is this a bug? Or are they any options I should add to request memory or other ressources?
